Turn a negative into a positive- you really can achieve anything!
Never give up on your dreams because making them happen helps others too.

RunSarah started running when she was 14 to deal with stress and the difficulty of life. Instead of turning to negative things, she found that running was a positive thing. Up at 4:30am Monday through Friday morning, she ran, and she's been running ever since.

Sarah shares this message with kids, teens and adults alike.
