Today I announce my 2010 Project, Run Ride Inspire!
I am so excited! Five months ago today, I ran 100 miles on my birthday. After I completed the race, I started thinking about what I wanted to do in 2010.
After a few ideas (okay, yes, “crazy” ones) and tweaks, I finally settled on a project that combines my passions (running and riding) and mission in life (Make a difference – inspire, encourage and motivate others to lead healthy, happy lives, and to reach for their dreams.) And that’s how Run Ride Inspire! came to be.
I’m passionate about reaching our youth today with two key messages. “Get Fit” and “Never give up on your dreams.”
So without further ado, the project announcement – and start of the project is official!

If you are interested in volunteering to be an Ambassador or assistant, please email us at runrideinspire@gmail.com with a brief bio and experience history. This will allow us to best place you within the volunteer team. Also, the State you reside in would be helpful, too!
When it all comes down, this is about making a difference. A difference in the health and dreams of our families and young people today. Please join with me. Together we can change our corner of the world.
Healthy rocks!
Sarah
Sarah started running when she was 14 to deal with stress and the difficulty of life. Instead of turning to negative things, she found that running was a positive thing. Up at 4:30am Monday through Friday morning, she ran, and she's been running ever since.

Best wishes Sarah with your up and coming challenge. What you are doing is a true inspiration to others and I’m sure will motivate many to get up and do something. I will most certainly be keeping an eye on where you are and how the run is going – from the other side of the world in Australia!
Again best wishes.
I hope to see you in Wisconsin.
Your are a true inspiration to many and many more to follow! Run, Ride, Inspire for sure!
Are you going to post your route on the website so we can track your progress? Are you going to allow fellow runners to run with you at certain points?
Hi Sarah, just wanted to have a look at the design of your site and ended up reading all about your running project. Be careful and have fun, Rob
